The December 31 service is a traditional Anglican service of Nine Lessons and Carols, which alternates readings from scripture with Christmas carols. The readings together tell the story of God's relationship with people from the creation of the world in Genesis to the birth of the Christ child on Christmas. This service concludes with the Eucharist.
